The pool is open with a lifeguard from Memorial Day through Labor Day and includes a bathhouse and gas grills. Grills, tables, chairs, and lounge chairs are available in the off season when the pool is covered.

Social Events

24 Hour Front Desk

The 24 hour service desk receives deliveries/packages, provides information and coordinates resident services. Resident services includes a copy and fax center, calls for taxis, help when locked out, and laundry debit card purchase/refill.

Extra Storage

Secure, shared group storage rooms are available for storage of labeled boxes and articles. Private full and half sized storage bins are available for rent.

Secure Buildings

Tiber Island buildings are protected by electronic entry security, surveillance video, and night and weekend security patrol.

Parking Garage

A secure two level garage accessed via the N St entrance has single and tandem parking space available for purchase or short/long term rental.
